Court Continued the 4th. day of Novembr. 1712 .

giving yor. Worshipps any further trouble on my Account, I freely resigne my self
your favours, And now humbly pray to lay the following Particulars before you; [..]
first place being Disfranchized, I am thereby Deprived of my Patrimony or Freedom [..]
this Company, likewise of the Livery, of which many worthy Members thereof
behind me as to Seniority, and if your Worshipps think fitt to returne me my
Livery fine, I Shall be heartily thankfull; I have also laidout on your H [..]

or more of them (whereof the Master to be one) What Sume of money to give to the
