Ordred that the Order made On the 8th: of this Instant March for building
4 Houses at Norton Falgate is made Void

5 houses insted of 4
to be built & how.

Ordred that five Houses be built at Norton Falgate Sixe and Thirty
foote deepe from out to out according to the Severall Perticulers
in a paper now red to this Court and that Mr Warden Colcut do build the
same

Ordred to no pertition of the person who shall have the five Houses
to build Shalbe recd nor any allowance of money made by the said
Company after the said Houses are built other then the money mentioned
in the Articles for buildings the said five Houses
