Norton Falgate
Reported at this Court
[..] by the Comittee who were appoynted
to treat with the Tennts at Norton Falgate
abt. leaveing their
houses in order to the New building that they had been.
with the Tennts and given them notice to leave the same
at Ladyday next to which most agreed Haveing this
Quarters rent allowed them for Satisfaccon of so Short
warneing. To which this Court agreed.

Ordered That Foure houses be built in the Front
at Norton Falgate
Thirty Foote deepe from out to out
A Celler to each house the Cellers to be Sixe foote Foure
Inches between the paveing & Joysts the first storey
Tenn Foote Cleere the second Story Nine Foote and A half
cleere. The Third Story Eight foote and A Half cleere
The Garretts Eight foote Cleere.
Orderd That the Same be built according to the
Stanthings and in maner according to ye. Severall
perticulars in A Paper now read to this court
