in Ireland & renewing his Life for a longer terme which is
by ye Tennt requested & desires by reason of ye Lesser & charges
by him Susteyned in ye time of ye late Warr & trouble there
This Court haveing well considered the matter Doe Order and
Agree that this Company doe allowe to the Tennt of ye sd
Land their proportion Upon Abatemt. to be made out of
the Arrears of rent by him oweing as the sd Company
of Ironmongers & other Companyes concerned there in doe
abate and allowe (so as the Same abatemt. doe not exceed
two years rent) Audit & desired by this Court that
Mr. Warden Warren Mr. Warden Champion Mr. Younge &
Mr. Horton or any two of them doe report & And so as
all Arreares of rent oweing by ye sd Tennt be paid and
discharged upon such abatemt. or allowance made him And
as concerning his sd Lease this Court doth not thinke fitt
to consent to ye renewing of ye Same at prsent
