Wee the Comittee have viewed the Premisses at the Hall gate touching Mr. Fordhams
Alteracons and do find such alteracons not to be prejudicial to the Companys
premises expt the Door Way Which Comes into the Possaser and the Ansy
for which he shall pay one Shilling P Quarter as an acknowledgment for such
Liberty so that the said Door Way and aires shell not be pre Judiciall to the
Companys Tenants or Servants And that he enter into a Covenant for that pump one
and to leave the premises at the Expiracon of the Term with what alteracons to his
done or shill do thereon
