Company of Carpenters London And Lawrence Cole< no role > in manner following (that is to Say)
the said Company Doth hereby Agree to lett to the said Lawrence Cole< no role > All that New built
Messuage or Tenement No. 2 in the Carpenters New Buildings by London Wall for the
Term of One Years Certain and half on Years Warning to Commence from Michaelmass
Day next at and under the Yearly Rent of Eighteen Pounds to be Paid Quarterly
And the said Lawrence Cole< no role > Doth hereby Agree to become Tennant to the said
Company of Carpenters for the said Premisses above described for the Term of One Year
certain [..] & half a year Waring and will Pay them [..] Pounds P Annum at Quarterly Payments accordingly
