Memorandum Itt is this Fifth day of December 1738 agreed between
The Worshipfull Company of Carpenters London AndJackson
of Bishopsgate Street London Widow in manner following (that is to say)
The said Company doth hereby agree to lett to the saidJackson All
That New Built Messuage or Tenemt No:7 in the Carpenters New
Buildings by London Wall for the term of three years Certain & half a years
warning (if she the saidJackson shall so long live) to Comence from
Christmas day next att and under the yearly rent of Eighteen Pounds to
be paid Quarterly And The saidJackson doth hereby agree
to become Tennant to the said Company of Carpenters for the said
Premisses above described for the said term of three years Certain & half
a years Warning (if she shall so long live) And will pay them Eighteen
Pounds P Annum att Quarterly Payments Accordingly As Witnessher
hand the day and year above written
