Memorandum It is this first day of August 1738 Agreed between
the Worshipfull Company of Carpenters London And Martin a Drian De young< no role >
in manner following that is to say the said Company
doth hereby Agree to lett to the said Martin a Drian de young All that
now built Messuage or Tenement No.6. in the Carpenters New
Buildings by London Wall for the Term of three Years to Comence
from Michaelmass day next at and under the yearly rent of twenty
pounds to be paid Quarterly And the said Martin a Drian De young
Doth hereby agree to become Tenant to the said Company of
Carpenters for the said premisses above described for the Term of three
Years & will pay them twenty pounds P Annum at Quarterly
payments Accordingly As Witness his hand the Day and yeare
above written
