Whereas by Order of Court made the Seventh day of [..]
That the Square Peice of Ground bying behind the Hall and adjoyning to th [..]
Garden be not lett with the other Ground but that the same be reserved for Mr Fordhams
better Accomodacord he paying an Acknowledgmt for the same And Whereas by all
order of the last Court the Company Came to a Resolucon net to lett the Dog & Beare
Inn And the other Premisses adjoyning to any Person or Persons whatsoever but would
rebuild or repaire the same att the Companys Charge Thereupon and on debate of the
Matter Itt is hereby Resolved and Ordered by this Court That the said Square peice
of ground be reserved for Mr Fordham according to the said recited Order of the seventa
of January last And Itt is Also further Ordered That whenever the Dog and Beare Inn
Shall be taken down and rebuilt there shall be no lights made in any Wall of such
New Building which butts Westward on the Clerks Garden or the Hall and New
Buildings erected by Mr Fordham
