Fifth day of September 1749

Memorandum It is this first day of August 1749 Agreed Between the
Worshipfull Company of Carpenter London on the One part and [..]
[..] Henry Stevenson< no role > of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
[..] Peruke maker of the other part the said Company do hereby Agree to lett to the
said [..] Henry Stevenson< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement [..] Sciluate in Hog
Lane late in the Occupation ofWhitaker Blacksmith at the yearly
Rent of Thirteen pounds payable Quarterly to Comence from Michaelmas
used for One year and an half Certain from that time And the said

John Watts< no role > Henry Stevenson< no role > doth hereby agree with the said Company to take the said premsies
at Michaelmas next upon the Terms Above mentioned and now paid
Mr Renter Warden Steerein part of the first
Quarters Rent that shall grow due As Witness his hand the day and
year Above Written

Memorandum It is this first day of August 1749 Agreed between the
Worshipfull Comapany of Carpenters London of the one part and
of the other part

The said Company do hereby agree to let to the said
All that their Messuage or Tenement No. 4 Scituate in Carpenter Buildings by
London Wall late in the possession of Thomas Hart< no role > at the yearly Rent of
Seventeen pounds payable Quarterly for One year and an half Certain
from Michaelmas next And the saiddoth hereby
agree to take the said premises of the Carpenter Company upon the terms
above menconed And the saidnow paid Mr Warden
Steerein part of the first Quarters Rent
that shall grow due As Witness his hand the day and year above
