The Comittee Appointed at the last Court to View & heat with a
Tenant above the House in Lymestreet Reported to this Court that they
mett According to sd. Order but the [..] Person did not Appear
Whobut sent a Letter that he had altered his mind & would not late it
[..] but the Comittee Went upon the premis & thought it Necessary that
the following Repairs & Alteracons be done forthwith Vizt. to Sash
the Window slip one & two pair of Stairs, to Mend the Foundation if
Wanting & to Prince all the new Wainscoat & to Wainscoat the
the Room over the Kitchen & to Clean the House [..] all over
when done toWhich Report this Court agrees to & do now Order
the [..] Mr Renter Warden Stedman to do the Same Accordingly
