Sept. Court Continued

Mrs. Mintern the Companys Tenante at the Halegate applyed to this Court
to be discharged of her Lease which will Expire at Midsumer 1745 thereupon
and on debate of the matter It is Agreed and Ordered that if the said Mrs Mintern
will pay Six pounds being half a years Rent due at Christmas next so that the
same be paid before Michaelmas day next and she to quitt the premisry before
Michaelmas day next the Companys does agree that she shall be discharged from
her Lease but to leave the house with allLochis to thethings as now fixed to the Freehold
Schedule in the Leafe & to pale down no was in Coating

I do Agree to this Order Witness my hand this 1st. day of Sept. 1741 .

at the Comptins house at the Hall Auditors the Master & Wardens
& all above the chair any five of them with the Master & one Warden
to bepoundhave power to Ad

Ordered that the new Renter Warden Mr. Bush do what Repairs
are [..] necessary to be done in Hog Lane & what is necessary to be done
at Mr. Jacksons in the new Buildings
