Patrimony upon the testimony of Richard Norman< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London
made free

A House lett to Mr Caw

This Day Mr William Caw< no role > of St Clements Lane London Broker took the third house on
the left hand in the Court of New Buildings att London Wall for one year Certain & half
a years warning from Lady day next under the yearly rent of Eighteen Pounds payable
Quarterly & paid Mr Warden Plimpton one shilling in part of the first Quarters Rent
(Vide Minutes of this Court for the Agreemt signed)

Mr Fordham to have liberty
to make a Door Way att the
Upper end of the New Court }

Ordered That Mr James Fordham< no role > have liberty to make a Door Way this the New Wall
built att the Upper end of the New Buildings into the Court But the said Mr Fordham is to be
att the expence thereof And in Case the said Door Way shall att any time hereafter be any
Detriment Inconvenience or Prejudice to the Companys New Buildings in the said Court
Then Itt shall be in the power of the Company to stop up the same

Mr Plimpton to pay Mr Barnard
£5:5s:0d for her late husbands
trouble in looking after ye New
Buildings}

Ordered That Mr Warden Plimpton do pay The Widow Barnard Five Guineas in
Consideration for the extraordinary trouble her husband the late Beadle of this Company
had in looking after the Companys New Buildings in London Wall

Beadle to be chosen next Court
& NB: putt in the Sumons to
acquaint ye Assistants thereof}

Ordered att this Court That a Beadle of this Company be chosen att the next Court
in the room of Thomas Barnard< no role > deced And that a Not a Bene be wrote att the bottom
of the Sumons's to acquaint the Court of Assistants thereof

Clerk new chosen

Ordered That the Present Clerk be further Continued in his Office for one year longer as
before

£10 Present to the Clerk

Ordered That the Renter Warden do pay Nathaniel Poole< no role > Clerk to this Company for Pounds
as the usuall present given him for his extraordinary Services done for this Company for the year past

Poors Rate

Ordered That the Renter Warden pay the Poors Rate for the Clerk & Beadles houses

£50 to the Poor

Ordered That £50 be distributed amongst the Poor Members of this Company att ten shillings
each on Thursday the 19th: instant att the Hall
