Att a Generall Court held att the Hall

And most of the Assistants and Livery

This day being the day appointed & agreed upon for the Election of a Master & Wardens to govern
this Company for the year following The Present Master Wardens & Assistants having withdrawn
themselves from the rest of the Livery and Considered of proper persons to be putt in nomination
for that purpose Doe according to a power given them by an Ordinance in that behalfe As also by
antient Custom Resolve and agree That the Persons hereafter named shall be putt in
nomination for that purpose for the year ensuing

For Renter Warden

Mr Robert Plimpton< no role >

Thomas Ripley< no role > Esqr being elected Renter Warden for the year ensuing desired to be admitted to
pay his Fine which was granted

Then the Court of Assistants withdrew again and agreed to putt in nomination in the room of the
said Thomas Ripley< no role > Esqr
