Pickard to Turner

Consented That William Pickard< no role > the late Apprentice of John Pickard< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of
London be assigned to John Barnes Turner< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London for the remainder of
his Apprenticeship .

Mr Wm- Willatts< no role > to do the
Plaisterer 's Work}

Ordered That Mr William Willatts< no role > do the Plaisterer 's Work att the New Buildings att London
Wall according to his Proposalls given this day to the Company Vizt. Lath Plaistering and Whiteing
att 8s P yard and Rendring on Brick Walls and Whiteing att 3s P yard and to be done in a
good and Workmanlike manner.

Renter Warden to pay the
Lamp Lights for the Clerk &
Beadle 's houses}

Ordered That the present Renter Warden and all Succeeding Renter Wardens of this Company
for the future do pay the taxes for the Clerk and Beadles houses occasioned by a late Act of Parliamt.
for the better enlightening of the City of London .

A Watchman to be provided
att the New Buildings }

Ordered That a Watchman be provided att the expence of this Company for the Watching and taking
Care of the Goods and stuff in the New Buildings att London Wall And Also for the safety of
Mr Fordham

Clerk to advertize £5 reward for
discovering the Persons who stole
the lead off the Hall etc}

Ordered That the Clerk to this Company do advertize in the Daily Advertizer 6 days £5 Reward
for discovering the Person or Persons who have lately stoln lead and other things from the
New Buildings att London Wall And Also from the Hall thereto adjoyning.
