Starr to Faulkner

Consented That Thomas Starr< no role > the late Apprentice of John Barnes Turner< no role > Citizen and Carpenter
having sued out his Indentures be assigned to John Faulkner< no role > Citizen and Joyner but by trade
a Carpenter for the remainder of his Apprenticeshipp .

Neate to Sheward

Consented That Thomas Neate< no role > the late Apprentice of John Pickard< no role > Citizen and Carpenter who was
assigned to Stephen Young< no role > Citizen and Joyner be now assigned to John Sheward< no role > Citizen and Joyner
for the remainder of his Apprenticeship .

New South Sea Annuities

Mr Warden Benbridge now reported that he had reced. £48:11s:3d for half a years Dividend on
New South Sea Annuity Stock due att Midsummer last.

1000 Indentures to be printed

Ordered That the Clerk gett One thousand Indentures printed on parchment for the use of this
Company.

Carpenters Work in the Building
in London Wall to be done by
Mr Knowles he giving £300
Security for performing ye same}

Att this Court severall Workmen in the Carpentry way delivered in their severall Proposalls in
writing sealed up for the intended Buildings att London Wall which were read by the Clerk and itt
appeared that the proposalls of Mr Jacob Knowles< no role > (being Five Pounds for every great square of
building) was the Cheapest He was now chosen Carpenter to do the said Work in the said intended
Buildings in Case he could give the Company good Security for £300 for his performing the Building
in a good and Workmanlike manner and to find Workmanship, Nailes and Sawing according to his
Proposalls given in for that purpose.

Fine returned}

Itt was now Ordered That The Renter Warden Do pay to Mr Joseph Barlow< no role > a Livery Man of
this Company the Sume of Nine Pounds being his Livery Fine upon his releasing all Claime right &
title to the Livery of this Company.
