Lease to be prepared of
a house in Hog Lane for
Mr Hinds}

Ordered That the Clerk Prepare a Lease of a house in Hog Lane now in the possession
of Mr Jane Lutman< no role > to Mr John Hines< no role > from Lady day 1736 for theterme of 21Yeares att and under the
rent as the said Jane Lutman< no role > was pays for the same being £20 P ann the Company to
allow Mr Hinds Three Quarters rent being £15 to make the severall repaires according
to his Proposalls delivered in att this Court and which are to be incerted in the said Lease

House in Hog Lane lett
to George Windsor< no role > }

The Company this day lett the house in Hog Lane late in the possion of George Boon< no role >
to George Windsor< no role > for one yeare Certaine and half a years Warning under the yearly rent
of £13-payable Quarterly and the said George Windsor< no role > paid one shilling earnest in
past of the first Qter's rent-Ordered that Mr Ward do each repaires in the said house at
he shall think necessary

Bank stock

The Renter Warden reported that he had reced £8:13s:11d for half a years Dividend on
the Company Bank Stock due att Michas last

Old S:S: Annities

As also £14:1s:7d for halfe a Years Dividend on the Companys Old South Sea
Annuities due att [..] Michas last

Quarterly Pentions raised
from 6s to 8s P Quarter}

Ordered That the Quarterly Pentions to the Poor be raised from six shillings to eight
shillings P Quarter the first paymt there of to be made att Lady day next

Letter to Collings

Ordered That the Clerk do write a Letter to Laurence Collins< no role > of Godalming for Mr Smith
the Carpenter to go with him to take an Acct what timber was blown down by the
late high wind upon the Farm there in possession of Mr Roaker
