Mr Hutchinson the Companys Tennant in Hog Lane now appeared and acquainted this
Company that her Husband was a Patient in Bethlehem and was killed by another Madman
and she being very poore was not able to pay her rent And desired the Court would forgive her
and she would quitt possession which was agreed to accordingly

Ralph Pilson< no role > not paying his rent according to his promise Ordered that the Clerk do sue
him forthwith for the same

This Day the Companys Seale was affixed to a Lease of a house in Fenchurch Streete
to Mr Anthony Child< no role > for 21 yeares from Ladyday last att the yearly rent of Eighteene
pounds payable Quarterly

East india Bonds

The Renter Warden now reported that he had reced Nineteene Pounds and Ninteen
shillings for half a years Intereste of £1140 East india Bonds due att Lady day last

Dividend on the Irish
Estates}

The Renter Warden now reported that he had received the sume of One
hundred twenty Nine Pounds ten shillings and eleven pence halfe penny of the
Ironmongers Company for the Dividend on the Irish Estates
