Lease ordered to Samll. Kent< no role >
Esqr of a house in Lymestreete}

Samuell Kent< no role > Esqr now appeared, and proposed to take a house in Lymestreete
belonging to this Company late in the possession of Mr Lyndsey; upon the Terms following
(Vizt) To take possion of the same immediately, and to repaire the same att his own proper
Costs and Charges, and to pay the sume of Twenty Pounds, and all taxes for the same untill
Lady day 1733, (in lieu of Rent to that time) and from thence to take a Lease of the same
for twenty one yeares, under the yearly rent of Eighty Pounds, payable Quarterly, with
the usuall Covenants contained in the Companys Leases Thereupon, and upon debate of
the matter, This Court agreed to the above Proposalls, And Ordered the Clerke to prepare
Leases accordingly

Ł50 to the Poore Sufferrers
by fire att Blandford Twerton
and Ramsey }

This Day The Lord Mayors precept touching the severall fires att Blandford Twerton
and Ramsey was read to this Court and Itt was Ordered That the sume of Fifty Pounds
be taken out of the Companys Chest and be paid and distributed to and amongst the
Poore sufferrers att the said severall Fires in such manner as the Master and
Wardens shall thinke fitt
