Report etc abt. Oxgate
Farmer

The Comittee appointed at last Court to view the Estate at
Oxgate reported that they had viewed the Same & the Condition
thereof Whereupon (a Question being first putt) It was is
Ordered That twenty five Years Purchase be given for the Sd.
Estate at the yearly Rent of ninety pounds, And that the
Master, Esqr . Ogborne & Mr. Oliver be impowered to treat &
agree with the present Land lady according to the above
Resolution, And that the Clerk do attend them.

2 G: to Mr. Oliver

Ordered That the Renter Warden do pay to Mr. Oliver two
Guineas for his Trouble in measuring the Brickwork Etc of
the Compting House at the Hall.

2G. for Plan of Beadle's
Staff

Ordered That the Renter Warden do pay to the Person that
drew the Plan of the Beadle's Staff two Guineas for his
Care & trouble therein.
