Wardens Accounts}

The Auditors of the late Renter Wardens Accounts reported one
hundred twenty one pounds eleven Shillings & tenn pence
farthing to be due on the Ballance there of to the Sd. Warden
which they signed accordingly.

Ordered That Mr. Warden Boughton Mr. Boddell Mr. Spencer &
Mr. Oliver be desired to view the Estate at Oxgate [..] proposed
to be purchased by the Company & make their Report thereof
at the next Court.

Sadler Pentionr.

Ordered That Thomas Sadler< no role > be admitted a Pentioner when a
Vacansy shall happen in Turn.

Puleston Lease.

Mr. Puleston the Companyes Tenant in Norton Falgate appeared
& agreed to accept a Lease of the House wherein he now dwells
for Twenty one Years at the Yearly Rent of Twenty four
pounds with usuall Covenants etc.
