very much reduced (It is therefore Ordered that the Renter Warden do,
on the sd. Richard Cooke< no role > 's. resigneing all the Right Title & Benefitt
of a Liveryman, pay to him the Sume of eight pounds fifteen
Shillings, being the Sume by him paid to this Company.

B. Stock to be reced.

A Note was Signed to impower the Renter Warden to receive half a
Years Dividend on three hundred Sixteen pounds & five Shillings
Bank Stock due at Lady day last.
