Citizen & Carpr. decd. be assigned to Joseph Reeve< no role > Junr . Citizen & Carpr.
for the remainder of his Apprenticeship .

John Denyer< no role > elected
into Godalming Hospitall }

Upon reading a Letter in this Court from the Minister & Church wardens
of the Parish of Godalming whereby they recomend Stephen Fachins< no role >
& John Denyer< no role > in order for the Compa. to elect one to be a Pentioner
in the Hospitall there in the Room of Thomas Denyer< no role > Now It is
ordered by this Court that the sd. John Denyer< no role > do succeed ye. sd.
Thomas Denyer< no role > in the Sd. Hospitall And that the Clerk do write a
Letter to that purport that he may be admitted accordingly.

Beadles Staff

Ordered That a new Head of Silver be provided for the Beadles
staff according as the Master thinks proper.

Plans of Estate

Ordered that the Plans of the Companyes Estates be drawn fine
in a Book of Vellum to be provided for that purpose.

Auditt Room.

Ordered that the Company's Auditt Room be new built with Brick
and arched over the better to secure the Companys Writings & Plate
from fire.

Sumons on Rent day

Ordered that for the future the Beadle do serve the Company's
Tenants as well those by Lease, as at will with printed Sumons's
to attend at the Hall with their Rents on every Rent day, And in
case of failure, that then the Beadle do serve each Defalter
with a second Sumons to attend at such time as the Master
& Wardens present at such first Meeting, think prope And It is further
Ordered that, in case any Tenant or Tenants shall neglect to
attend with their Rent on such Second Sumons, the Clerk of this
Company do proceed agt. him or them in order to recover ye. Same
in such manner as he shall think fitt.

Bradford Pensionr.

Ordered that Robert Bradford< no role > be admitted a Pensioner when a
Vacansy shall happen in Turn.
