will Cost Twenty Five pounds Whereupon It is Ordered that the
Renter Warden do compleat ye. sd. Repairs, and likewise give notice to
the sd. Tenants, That the Company do expect their Rents to be raised
& that they do take Leases of ye. sd. Houses.
