Computation would cost Tenn or Twelve pounds. And that the Fence
in the Yard of Pilsons house is very badd and a Brickwall ought to
be built in Lien thereof, and that the House wants to be new
whitewhasht & painted both inside & outside & the pavemt. in the
street new paving & three new Posts before the house & the Glass
windows
& Casemts. repairing which according to their Computation
