Warden do view the Sains & Sec wth necessary repairs
are wanting to be done on the North Side there [..] aud do the same forthwth.
accordingly; And that Thirty Guins in part of Such repair
be paid by the Company, and the remaining
part thereofbe paid. by the Sd. Mr Fordham, to wch
he agreed by Signing this, the 15th day of May 1722
