Ordred that a View be had of the Houses in Leaden
Hall Street & Fenchurch Street proposed to be purchased
by the Company, and to report their opinion thereon as
Dinner at the George in Ironmonger's Lane .

On a View by the Cort of Assistants then present it was
agreed that the Sd. Houses are in a very bad Condicon, & not fit
for the Company to purchases, And that no further Treaty be had
abt. the purchase thereof, and that the Cl by a tre to Mr Cuffe
who proposed to Sell the Same, do Signify it to him accordingly
