Memorandum it is this 1st: day of March 1768 . Agreed between the Master Wardens
& Comonalty of the Worshipful Company of Carpenters Londo. on the pt. and John
Nicoll
< no role > of Carpenters Buildings London Gentleman on the other pt. as folls. Vizt.

The sd. Master Wardens & Comonalty for themselves & their Successors do agree to Lett by
Lease and the sd. John Nicoll< no role > for himself his Extors & Admors doth agree to take by Lease All
that Messuage with the Appurts Situate in Carpenters Buildings assd. as the same is now
in the Possion of the sd. John Nicoll< no role > To hold from Lady day now next for Seven Years
At the Yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds payable Quarterly, the sd. Company putting the
sd. House into Reasonable tenantable Repair And the sd. John Nicoll< no role > for himself his Extors
& Admors doth agree to execute a Counter part of such Lease upon the terms & Conditions
above mentioned & pay for the same when there unto Required In which said intended Lease is to be Inserted
all Usual & Reasonable Covenants and particularly such Covenants as are usually
Inserted in the Company's Leases Witness his hand the day & Year above Written

The said Master Wardens & Comonalty for themselves & their Successors do agree to Let
by Lease, And the said Ann Wilkins< no role > for herself her Exors & Admors doth agree to take by Lease
All that Messuage with the Appurts Situate in Carpenters Buildings assd as the same is
now in the Possion of the said Ann Wilkins< no role > To hold from Lady Day now next for Seven
