Master Wardens and Comonaliy Do' hereby Agree to Lett to the said Edward Boxley< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. All that Messnage
or Tenement No.8. in Carpenters Buildings in the Parish of All hallowes London Wall , late in the Possion
of Capt. Edwind Martin< no role > , at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds payable Quarterly To hold the Same to the
said Edward Boxley< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. his Exerr. & Admr. for the Term of Three Yeares certain from Michaelmas day now
next Ensueing the date hereof, And in Case the said Edward- Boxley< no role > shall be then Minded to Quitt the said
Premisses the shall be obliged to Give Six Months Notice in Writing to the said Master Wardens & Comonally
