Victualler of the other part In Manner following The said Company Do hereby Agree to lett
by Lease to the said Thomas Simpkin< no role > All that Messuage or Tenement & Premes Stituate [..]
being at London Wall now in the Possession of Corneluis Passey< no role > To Hold unto the sd. Thommas
Simpkin
< no role > for the Term of Twenty One Yeares to Comence from Midsumer day last Past
Att the Yearly Rent of Thirteen Pounds payable quarterly free from all Rates & Taxes wt. soever
with such Usuall Covenants as are Incerted in the sd. Company's Leases And the sd. Thomas
