Memorandum it is 2d. day of October 1753. Agreed between the Worshipfull Company
of Carpenters London of the One Part And Charles Waller< no role > of the parish of All hallowes London
Wall Gentlemen of the other Part As follows The said Company do hereby Agree to Lett unto the
said Charles Waller< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement No.1. in Carpenters Buildings now
in the Occupation of the said Charles Waller< no role > , at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds Payable Quarterly
To Hold from Midsumer # day now last Past for the John of Three Yeares certain from
that time And the said Charles Waller< no role > doth hereby Agree to take the said Premisses of the said
Company upon the Terms abovemenconed And will pay the said Company the said Yearly
Rent of Sixteen Pounds accordingly And as a Confirmation thereof now Paid to Mr. Bates the
Renter Warden One Shilling-in part of the first quarters Rent that shall Accrue-due Witness
his hand the day & Year above Written
