Merchant of the Other part, the said Company doth hereby Agree to Lett unto the said Thomas Sharpe< no role >
All that their Messuage or Tenement No. 8. in Carpenters Buildings late in the Occupation of John Jo [..]
att the Yearly Rent of Seventeen pounds payable Quarterly to Comence from Michaelmas day next
for the Term of One Year & half certain from that Time And the said Thomas Sharpe< no role > doth hereby agree
with the said Company to take the said premisses att Michaelmas day-next upon the Terms abovemenconed
And as a Confirmation thereof new paid Mr. Warden Denning One Shillingin part of the first quarters
Rent that shall grow due As Wittness his hand the Day & Year abovewritten.
