All that Messuage or Tenement Scituate in London Wall
now in the possion

To hold for the Term of Seven Yeares
to Commence from Midsumer day next att the Yearly Rent of Sixteen pounds payable quarterly
with such Usuall Covenants as are Incerted in the said Company's Leases And the said Isaac

doth hereby Agree to take a Lease of the said Messe or Tenement of the said Company upon
the Terms abovemenconed And to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to the Company when the
