Memorandum It is this Thirteenth day of June 1750 Agreed Between the Worshipfull
Company of Carpenters London of the One part And Henry Jeffries< no role > of Hog Lane Norton Fallgate
Turner of the other part The said Company Do hereby agree to Lett to the said Henry Jeffries< no role > All
that their Messuage or Tenement known by the Signe of the Dyers Arms in [..] Hog Lane aforesaid
late in the possion of Thomas Royston< no role > deced Att the Yearly Rent of Twelve pounds and Ten Shillings
payable Quarterly To hold from Midsumer day next for One Year & half certain from that time And
the said Henry Jeffries< no role > doth hereby Agree to Take the said premisses of the said Company upon the
Terms abovemenconed And now paid Mr. Warden Denning One Shillingin part of the
first quarters Rent that shall grow due As Wittness his hand the day & Year above written

or Tenement Sictuate in Carpenters Buildings known by No. 3 & late in the possion of Captain
Fitzgerald at the Yearly Rent of Seventeen pounds payable quarterly To hold from Midsumer
day next for One Year & an half Certain from that Time And the said Anne Wilkins< no role > doth
hereby Agree to Take the said premisses of the said Company upon the Terms abovemenconed
And now paid Mr. Warden Denning One Shillingin part of the first Quarters Rent that
