Memorandum it is this 5th. day of Septr. 1749 Agreed between the
Worshipfull Company of Carpenters London of the One part and Thomas
Ravens
< no role > of Thread Nedle Street London Book Keeper of the other part
The said Company Do hereby agree to lett unto the said Thomas Ravens< no role >
all that their messuage or Tenement No. 4 in Carpenter Buildings
late in the Occupation of Thomas Hart< no role > at the yearly Rent of Seventeen
pounds payable Quarterly to Comence from Michaelmas day next
Ensueing the date hereof for One year and an half Certain from that
time And the said Thomas Ravens< no role > doth hereby Agree with the said
Company to take the said premises at Michaelmas next upon the Terms
above Mentioned and as a Confirmation now paid Mr Warden Steere
One Shilling in part of the first Quarters Rent that shall grow due
