Examined several of Prisoner's Cells,
& the Prisoners confined in their of Cells
[..] clean & of Prisoners looking in good health:
found them all delegently employed in
picking Oakum except one-Cooksey,
represented by Mr. Haslam & by the Servants
belonging to the Hospital, [..] in a State of
Insanity-having torn his Strait Waistcoat
to Regs, & bring necessarily confined by them
cuffs &c

Sarah Liscombe< no role > a woman two months gone with child (by
own declaration & the observation of our Apothecary Mr. Haslam)
having been ordered to be whipped, the whipping is to be omitted
in that account

Sarah Chince< no role > (or Chingin< no role > ) having expressed sincere penitence
a wish to get into the Magdalen, Mr. Rundle was requested
{observe her behaviour to know whether she might be recom-
-mended for that purpose

Mr. Haslam wrote upon the back of Cooksey's warrt, to the state
this case, by our direction, which is sent to the sitting magis-
-trate who Committed him,
order that the parish from
