Read & Confirmed the Minutes of the last Vestry

The New Workhouse not being sufficient to Lodge
maintain & Employ the Poor, A Plan for an addition
Building thereto was laid before this Vestry by Church
:Warden Honiborne which was approved And the M [..]
being debated a motion was made & Seconded and [..]
Question put Whether the said Plan be carried into
Execution, and the intended New Additional Building [..]
faced with Brick & not Weather Boards, or not It was
Carried in the Affirmative, but the whole Expence of
such intended New Additional Building not to Exceed £3

Resolved and Ordered that Churchwarden
Honiborne do apply to & receive of Mr Thomas Hodgson< no role >
the Sum of £236.10.3 paid to him by Order of the
last Vestry to be applied towds. the Expence of such into
New Additional Building

Ordered that Mr Honiborne do likewise apply
Mr Thos. Hodgson< no role > for an Account of the Monies laid out
him of the Sum of £400. some time since paid into his [..]
for furnishing the New Workhouse And Ordered further
that the ballance of the sd. £400. if any remains in his [..]
be paid by him to Churchwarden Honiborne for the [..]
the Parish.

Ordered that the Churchwarden for the future
do call on his Overseers & Audit their Accounts once in
every Quarter previous to the making of the Poors Rate
in order that the Deficiences thereon may appear
