The Churchwarden and Overseers Reported to this Vestry
concerning the 3 Houses in Hounsditch in the Tenures or Occupns.
of Mrs. Rogers, Mrs. Gladwin & Mr. Pears That pursuant to the
Order & Resolution of the Vestry held on the 28 day of September last
they have Surveyed the sd. Houses and find them in sufficient
state & Condition to be Let on a Repairing Lease for Twenty one
years And that they have treated with the Tenants thereof who
have made proposals respectively for taking the same on repairing
Leaves for 21 years (vizt.) John Smith< no role > for the House in Mrs.
Rogers's possession (she having signified her Resolution of leaving
the same & recommended said Smith) at Twenty Pounds Per
Annum clear Rent being allowed half a years Rent for Repairs

Said Mrs. Gladwin for the House now in her posession the
like clear Rent of Twenty pounds being allowed half a years
Rent for Repairs.

And the sd. Mr Pearse for the House now in his Occupatn.
Sixteen pounds per Annum clear Rent which prepar

Which said several Proposals the Vestry took into Consideration,
and Agreed thereto, And Ordered Leases to be prepared accordingly
to Commence at Lady day next

The Lease of the House in Hounsditch now letout in
Tenements (Leased to Long) of Which Mr. Gibbs collects the Rent
for Mrs. Summer, Expiring at Lady day next Resolved & Ordered
that the Churchwardens & Overseers Survey the same & Treat with
such person or persons who shall be willing to take the same on Lease
& Report their Opinion to a future Vestry

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk do demand of the Proprietor
of the Houses in High Street purchased by mr.Lewis of Reuben
Ridley deced the Arrears of 20s P Annum Annuity left by Mr.
Say to this Parish issuing out of one of the sd. Houses & to
Report the Answer made to such demand at a future Vestry

Ordered that Mr Lader late Upper Churchwarden be
applied to, to have his Account audited.
