to And Order that a fresh Lease of the said Premes be
granted to the said Mr Atkinson for the Term of Twenty one
years from the Expiration of his present Term at the Rent
of £6. P ann clear and under the other Terms and Covenants
herein before mentioned in Case the said Mr Atkinson
will agree to execute a Counterpart of such Lease and to pay
the Expences of such Lease and Counterpart And the said
Mr Atkinson being called in and acquainted with the
above Resolution of the Feoffees did agree and does
hereby agree to the same
