Elizabeth Wilcox< no role > maketh oath that on or
about the twenty eighth of October one thousand Seven
hundred and eighty three She this Deponent was duly bound
Apprentice by the then Parish officers of the Parish of St
Botolph without Aldgate in the said County to William Curnock< no role >
then and yet of the Parish of Christchurch in the Sd County
Baker untill She Should Attain her Age of twenty one
Years or marriage That after this Deponent having Served
her said Master there under the said Indenture for about
the space of eight months Differences arising between
her and her mistress her said Master and mistress against
this Deponents Consent turned her away and would not any
longer permit her to live with them and She has never
since returned to them That although since her leaving her
said Masters Service She has been hired & lived as a hired
Servant in four different places yet She never lived in
any one place for the space of a year
