Richard Shea< no role > aged about Sixteen Years
maketh oath that about five years ago as he now recollects
was bound Apprentice by the then Parish officers of the
Parish of St James Westmr in the Said County [..]
[..] to Wm Douglas< no role > of the Same Parish & County
Baker and after having Served him there for about the
Space of four years he removed with his Said Master
from thence into the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the Said County Where he Continued to Serve
his Said Master for at least the Space of two Months
When heren away form his Said Master and Left
his Service against his said Masters will & Consent
and has not since returned to him and has been absent
from him for about the Space of a year & has not
Since lived any where with his Masters Consent
