Mary Rous< no role > the widow of John
Rous
< no role > deced maketh oath that her said late husband
heretofore rented a house of the yearly rent of twenty
pounds in the Victualling office Square in the Parish
of st Botolph without Aldgate in the sd County and
resided thereon for the space of nine months That
her said husband did not afterwards rent a house
or Lodging of the yearly rent or value of Ten
Pounds or served any Parish office or Pay any
Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or do any act to gain
a Settlement elsewhere nor hath She this Deponent
Since his death done any Act to gain a Settlement
for herself That She hath two Children namely
Mary< no role > aged about five years & two months & Elizabeth< no role >
aged about eight months & half the lawful issue of this
Deponent by her sd husband to whom she was
lawfully married
