said late husband rented a house of the yearly rent of
Ten Pounds (known by the name of the Thistle & Crown
in the parish of St Mary at Ishington in the said County
& during such his residence therein he was Charged to
& paid Poors Rates for the same & did not afterwards rent
a house of the Yearly rent or Value of Ten pounds
elsewhere or serve any parish office or pay any poors
rates or Kings Taxes or do any Act to gain a subsequent
Settlement That she this Deponent for sometime after
her said husbands death lived in and rented the said
house and since her leaving the same has not rented
a house of the yearly rent or Value of Ten pounds
or upwards or paid any Poors rates or Kings Taxes
elsewhere or done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement for herself & that she was lawfully
married to her said husband & has not since been married
to any other person.
