Hannah Duffe< no role > widow of David Duffe< no role >
deced maketh oath that her said late husband has informed
her & which she believes to be true that he was by birth
a Scotchman & never did any Act to her Knowledge
information or belief to gain a Settlement in England
That she this Deponent previous to her Marriage with
her sd husband was hired & lived as a hired Servant
with Mr Worth a Butcher in the Parish of St Botolph
without Aldgate in the sd County at Certain Wages &
Continued in such service under such hiring for the
Space of two years & three quarters & has not Since
done any Act to Acquire a settlement for herself save
what she gained by her Marriage And that she was
lawfully married to her said husband
