Southwarke
in the County of Surrey
has informed her
& which She believes to be true That he heretofore rented
a house in the said Parish & was Charged to & paid
Poore Rates for the Same & has not since to this Depont.
knowledge information or belief done any Act to
gain a subsequent Settlement & that she was lawfully
married to her said husband
