Ann Toome< no role > the Wife of Samuel Toome< no role >
maketh oath that her Said husband is now Confined as a
Prisoner in Clerkenwell Prison Middx. That he has
informed her & which She believes to be true that he was
duly Bound to and Served the Whole of his Apprenticeship with
one Joseph Parks< no role > a White Smith to wit part thereof
in Church Yard Alley otherwise Cartwright Street &
the remaining part thereof in East smithfield near
Where the Maypole formerly Stood in the Parish of
St Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd County
That her Said husband to her knowledge or belief
never rented a house of the yearly rent or Value
of Ten Pounds nor ever Served any Parish Office
nor ever Paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes
nor ever did any Act to gain a settlement Subsequent
to his Said Apprenticeship That She hath two
Children namely Frances< no role > aged near this thirteen
years & Thomas< no role > aged about nine years & three
Quarters of a year the lawful issue of this Depont
by her Said husband to whom She was lawfully
Married in the Old Church at Birmingham in
Warwickshire
