he was duly bound apprentice to

of the
Parish of St Mary White Chapel
in the said County
Perukemaker
for Seven years & Served the whole of
such his Apprenticeship with his said Master in the
said Parish & allways lodged in his sd Masters house
there That he has not Since lived as a hired Servant for
the Space of a year elsewhere or rented a house of
Ten Pounds a year or upwards or Served any Parish
office or Paid any Poors Rates or kings Taxes or
done any act to gain a subsequent settlement
That he hath a wife
