Ann Treague< no role > the wife of James Treague< no role >
maketh oath that her Sd. husband is now absent from her
at Sea in the Kings Service That he has informed her
& which She believes to be true that he duly Served his
Apprenticeship to a Hatter in the City of Execeter in
the County of Devon but the name of the Master & the
Particular Parish there She Cannot now recollect or
remember & to her knowledge or belief he has not Since
done any Act to gain a Settlement elsewhere That She
hath a Child named James < no role > aged about Two Years &
half the lawful Issue of this Depont by her Said husband
to whom She was lawfully married
