deced maketh oath That Since the death of her Said late
husband to wit about Three Years ago She this Deponent
took & rented a house of the yearly Rent of Ten pounds in the
Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate
in the sd County &
resided thereon for the Space of one Quarter of a year & paid
Fifty Shillings being one quarters Rent due for the Same &
by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there That She has
not Since been Married nor done any Act to gain a Settlement
Since She rented Such house.
