< no role > by Elizabeth his< no role > wife both deced maketh oath that She
has been informed by her said late mother & which information
She believes to be true That her said late Father lived in a Leasehold
Tenement of his own in the Parish of St Pancras in the County
of Middlesex & was Charged to & paid Kings Taxes for the same
& also Served the office of Overseer of the Poor there & by means
thereof gained a legal Settlement in the sd Parish & that he did not
afterwards do any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement That her
said Mother after her Fathers death married again but that
during the time of her Widowhood She did not to the knowledge
or belief of this deponent do any Act to gain a Settlement for herself
And that She this Deponent to her knowledge or belief never
did any Act to gain a Settlement in her own right never having
been bound apprentice nor having lived as hired Servant for a year
or been Married.
